Post our recent renovation, which we have redone all our floors, cleaned all the surfaces and storing areas. Our physical shop is open with skeleton staff and low foot traffic, which is conducted under current government guidelines.

We also offer ‘by appointment solo visits’ in and out of hours if necessary during the Covid period.

We have also finally set up our online shop for your convenience.

Pick ups and deliveries are still possible by appointment and conducted under current government guidelines.

Refund & Returns

48 hour returns

We want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within 48 hours of the date you received it, no questions asked. You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return. Items returned must be in ‘as same’ condition as purchased. This means they have not been damaged from the time you’ve received the goods.

Within 3 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in ‘as same’ condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher or exchange via email in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the cost to ship the product to you and the return shipping back to the warehouse. Credits are issued in the form of store credit.

• We do not refund.
• Store credit voucher or exchange only.
• Valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

• All purchases including online DO NOT include delivery fees or charges. Delivery fees and times vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and its destination.
• Upon purchasing your product(s) one of our staff will call you to book in your delivery. Items purchased need to be delivered within two weeks of the purchase date. If this time period doesn’t suit you then we can discuss further arrangements to be made.
• We can accommodate delivery directly to your home, whether to Sydney metro or inter-state. Worldwide shipping options available, please speak to VAMPT office to enquire on these options.

COSTS

For example, for Sydney metro delivery the approximate rates are:

Two men and a Long wheel base van – $135 per hour.
One man and a Long wheel based – $100 per hour.

• All delivery and toll charges are included in the agreed delivery fee and you pay the removalists directly upon receipt of your goods.
• All items are delivered by our own professional staff who are trained in furniture removals. If you have requested/paid for a 1 x person delivery service only and 2 x people are required to unload the item then it is your full responsibility to have a reliable/capable person at the delivery address who is willing to follow instructions from our delivery driver. If the driver cannot unload and goods are returned to our store then another delivery charge will be incurred/no refund of initial delivery charges.
• If we arrive at the delivery premises and no one is present to receive the goods and the truck/goods returns to our store then another delivery charge will be incurred/no refund of initial delivery charges.
• If customers engage an independent delivery service to pick items up, it is the customer’s full responsibility for how goods are delivered to them, once they are picked up from our store, Vampt Vintage Design is not responsible for any damage to goods incurred by an independent delivery service.

This policy contains information on how Vampt Vintage Design collects, uses, discloses and stores personal information. Your order

After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered is/are available. It represents confirmation that we have received your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your product(s) and send you an email confirming that your product(s) has/have been dispatched. Once this email has been sent and the goods have been handed over to the designated carrier or by Vampt Vintage Design instore delivery, the contract between you and us is complete. The sale contract is therefore concluded in New South Wales, Australia. 

All delivery charges are separate and are the full responsibility of the purchaser and not included in the sale price of any item on display or purchased.

In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. We will contact you by email as soon as possible to let you know. You may choose to have a store credit to your account or a refund to the value of the unavailable product. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out, or otherwise contemplated, within these Terms and Conditions or our website. We reserve the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by various methods, including by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), PayPal, Stripe.

The retail price for each product is provided to us by our supplier’s and is shown alongside the sale price for your reference. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to our website or other form of notification.

When purchasing from Vampt Vintage Design your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty, is defective, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us, within 2 business days of receiving your delivery.

The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself, and the outcome that works best for you. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that you’re happy with.

To the extent permitted by law, we, our directors and employees, and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

• All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity.
